Nimbus T9 is a nine-meter day boat offering great possibilities for individual adaptation. It is intended for all types of daily activities, such as transportation, water sports and leisure activities.
The T9 is the first model of our new Tender series, the new interpretation of the popular Nova by Nimbus, introduced for the first time in 1991. Since then, about 2,300 boats have been produced in the Nimbus Nova series, including the very popular 26 Nova and the award-winning R Series including the 230R, 250R and 300R models.
As with the W9, the T9 can be equipped with either an outboard or inboard engine. The after-deck can be fitted with a straight line. Alternatively, it can be configured with a sofa with seating for that converts to a sunbed. There is an option for a wet bar with a hand basin behind the driver's seat. The module also functions as support while on the water or in port. The boat is available with three different canopy solutions - harbor cover, canopy helm or a T-top design with large openable roof. The cockpit has room for two people and has the same look and feel as the W9. It can be equipped with one large 16 "or two 12" chart plotters. The fore deck features a large loading hatch with access to the cabin. The fore deck offers an optional daybed that creates an extra seating area that seats 4 people with a table.
One smart way to make the most of the after-deck area. Below deck is a wide berth for two with integrated ventilation, ample stowage and separate head with sink.“The T9 is something of a chameleon and can adapt to most situations, for example transportation to and from a holiday home for most of the year, as a tender for a larger boat, for a variety of water sports, fishing, overnight accommodation or onboard social activities with friends and family. The advantage to the fact that at the design stage we were already considering the need for versatility with many areas of use, is that there are a great many options available when equipping the boat, depending on its intended purpose,” says Jonas Göthberg, Commercial Director at Nimbus.
The T9 is based on the same well-balanced stepped hull as the W9. The boat has a low planning threshold and a cruising speed of between 20-35 knots, with a maximum speed of +40 knots.
